As evening falls, our garden fills with music. The local ensemble arrives in traditional Lipovan costumes, performing Lipovan songs and dances, while the table is set with traditional Dobrujan dishes—from appetizers to desserts—and homemade beverages, ranging from liqueurs to local wines.
It’s the moment guests remember most—and one you can only experience here, with us. In July and August, twice a week, midweek and on the weekend.

At Traveling Couple Guesthouse every dinner is a journey into the local or regional gastronomy. Our guests enjoy daily traditional breakfast and dinner with local appetizers, authentic fish dishes and homemade desserts.
We use fish from our local fishermen, ingredients from our own garden and from local producers, preparing everything in a slow-food, home-style. Meals are accompanied by local wines, homemade drinks and natural juices.

We encourage our guests to explore the area as much as possible, but when they return to the guesthouse, we want them to unwind and recharge for their next adventures. In the room with a book, on the balcony looking through binoculars, in the living room, on the terrace or in the garden.
In winter in Jurilovca there is a sauna tradition, and after the sauna we put our bathrobes on and have a glass of wine/tea of mulled wine outside in the snow or simply in the cold. Sauna is a must try experience.
We are fortunate that our guesthouse is located in Jurilovca, probably the most beautiful community in Dobrogea region, but also the best place to discover this no so explored region. Jurilovca became a tourist resort of local interest in 2025.
Located on the banks of the Razim-Sinoe Lagoon, Jurilovca is the perfect starting point for exploring the Danube Delta and many nearby attractions. You can reach us very easily, with a very good infrastructure from Bucharest and surroundings.
You can take the village streets on foot, or you can ride your bikes, which will most likely take you to the Doloșman Cape.
The Traveling Couple project started in 2014, when we decided to give up our life in Bucharest. After 1 year of traveling and experiences in Romania and other countries, we came back to contribute to the development of tourism back home in Dobrogea.
Since then we have hosted almost 4500 guests at Pension Milică, offering accommodation, excursions and traditional dishes, and in the first 4 years, since 2022, over 5000 guests have crossed our threshold at Pension Cuplu Călător.
